Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any of our treat lines. If there is an error on your order please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will remedy the problem. Please report any breakage within 72 hours by sending the following information to questions@boscoandroxys.com. *your order number *a list of the damages *pictures of the damages *the QC number found on the front of the white box the treats arrive in. (Only applicable to Bulk product). Once the above information is received, we will add a credit on your account which you can apply to a future order. Any other accessories or non-treat items are all final sale.
